Permanent Recruitment
The placement of permanent staff is a much longer process than that of finding a contractor. The emphasis is placed upon gaining a full understanding of your requirement and company culture and finding the perfect match. We will be in touch on a regular basis after a Leapfrog placement starts working for you. This is ensure your expectations are met and that any problems can be ironed out.

Contract to Permanent Recruitment
3 month contract with a notice period of one week on the Client's side. This service is favoured by both Contractor's and Client's as it enables both sides to view each other before a commitment to full time employment is made. A notice period of one week allows the transition to be made at an early stage in the 3 month period if desired by either party. The obvious advantages are - the addition to the 'permanent' culture within an office environment and cost saving on the contract rates.

Contract Recruitment
Our rates are very competitive rates and flexibility is the key to our success in placing Contractors. We can negotiate terms and conditions to suit your needs. We have placed Contractors with as little as a day's notice on the Client's side. Contracts can be signed from as little as a day to up to 2 years periods.
