Our aim is to find candidates who will contribute to the successful growth of your business thereby proving excellent value for money and encouraging your continual engagement with Leapfrog.

Permanent and Headhunting Rates
• Fees in recruitment vary from around 10-40% depending on the starting salary.
• Our fees are simple - we charge a flat fee of 20% for all permanent placements
• The above fee of 20% will be reduced to 17.5% if a Contractor switches to a permanent role after a minimum of a 3 month contract with your company.

Contract Rates
• We continually place candidates who are not chiefly motivated by money and who will work for fair market rates.
• We will work very hard to meet or undercut your desired budget, should we deem it to be realistic.
• Market rates vary enormously according to supply and demand. Contract rates currently offer excellent value but there are signs the market is beginning to move again. Leapfrog have recently placed programmers for as little as £30 an hour who could demand over £60 an hour 4 years ago.
• Our contract hourly-rate margins are not based upon percentages but will vary from £5 - £10 an hour depending on the level of seniority.
